Our mission is to provide employment and training opportunities to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

We are 100 percent local and 100 percent not-for-profit.  All of our programs and services are provided at no cost to all Imperial County residents.

WORK WITH US

Meet with a Goodwill Community Employment Center Career Advisor for free in person, one-on-one, or online job search assistance in English or Spanish.  Our soft skill workshops (Find a Job, Résumé Builder, Ace the Interview, Workplace Communication, Conflict Resolution or Financial Literacy) are available daily in English and Spanish.  Sign up today and let us help you reach your career goals.  Earn our Job Readiness certificate by taking all of our workshops and meeting with a Career Advisor two times per week for two weeks.  Let Hiring Managers know you are well-prepared and are serious about your career.
